The artist reserves the right to change the content or remove parts at any time without having to notify you. The web shop functions as a portal between the artist and buyers of what is offered.
Revocation of purchase and cooling-off period
All works come from the artist’s studio. Nevertheless, it may be that the work of art carries traces of time. After you have received the artwork from us, you have 14 days to change your mind. If you have changed your mind, please contact us in any way before the expiry of this cooling-off period about further handling. You can also use the following form to express your concern: online form. If you return the work with a parcel service, you bear these costs yourself.
Image rights and copyrights
All image rights belong to the artist: Kees te Kolsté from Zaandam. None of the images may be used without explicit permission from the artist.
Copying, distribution and any other use of these materials is not permitted without written permission from the artist, except and only insofar otherwise established in regulations of mandatory law (such as the right to quote), unless stated otherwise at specific materials.
VAT
Artworks owned by the artist are sold in the name of the artist. The 9% rate applies to this website.
First buyer has the right to purchase
It is technically possible that an artwork offered on this webshop is sold twice. The webshop registers date and time of purchase. The person who placed the order first retains the right to purchase. The seller has no obligation to deliver to a subsequent buyer, but will refund the purchase amount, if paid by the customer, as soon as possible.
